About the role
Fortis is looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Representatives/ Call Centre Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in telesales, particularly within the telecom, banking (credit cards), or real estate sectors.
What you’ll be doing
- Successfully onboard a minimum of 20 merchants each month, ensuring all KYC documents are collected and uploaded to CRM
- Make a number of calls per month to potential clients (as per the target)
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Who we're looking for
- Arabic-speaker (a must)
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a call centre environment
- Previous experience in telecom, banking (credit cards), or real estate is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, is an advantage

- Fix commission per month upon fulfilling the condition of onboarding a minimum of 10 merchants with completed KYC documents
- Additional commission of the gross profit for each merchant onboarded beyond the minimum requirement
- Opportunity for full-time employment as a Sales Executive with Fortis based on performance over a 6-month period (if based in the UAE)
