How Fortis Came to Life

Fortis was founded in Dubai in 2022 with a clear mission: to redefine payments in the region and make business easier for every merchant. What began as a vision to transform card machines into powerful, cloud-driven POS systems quickly gained momentum.

In 2023, we secured a strategic partnership with Network International, one of the leading payment providers in the region. This milestone accelerated our growth and allowed us to expand our reach and strengthen our product offering.

Since then, Fortis has been growing at an exponential pace. Our product has continued to evolve, and we’ve introduced innovative solutions such as Table Pay, designed specifically for the F&B industry. Looking ahead, we are working to secure more partnerships with banks and payment providers, launch new products, and expand across the wider MENA region
