What you will be doing:
- Manage inbound leads/outbound sales, close deals by the phone and face to face (offline meetings)
- Contact potential and existing clients on the phone
- Arrange offline meetings with clients (if necessary) to determine their needs and match them with the range of solutions and options offered by Fortis
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage relationships (we use Pipedrive)
- Handle a pitching of the relevant products and services
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of business English, is a must
- Familiar with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
- Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience handling payment and SaaS payment products
- A good understanding of dealing with Micro Merchants
- Outstanding negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion of technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
- UAE based
