What you will be doing:

  • Manage inbound leads/outbound sales, close deals by the phone and face to face (offline meetings)
  • Contact potential and existing clients on the phone
  • Arrange offline meetings with clients (if necessary) to determine their needs and match them with the range of solutions and options offered by Fortis
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage relationships (we use Pipedrive)
  • Handle a pitching of the relevant products and services

Who we are looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge of business English, is a must
  • Familiar with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
  • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience handling payment and SaaS payment products
  • A good understanding of dealing with Micro Merchants
  • Outstanding negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion of technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
