We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our commercial team and drive merchant acquisition across the UAE. This role covers the full sales process — prospecting, presenting the product, managing pipelines, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team.

You will work closely with the Team Lead and the wider commercial organization to achieve monthly subscription targets, represent our brand professionally, and help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchants across assigned segments and territories.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for business owners and decision makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closing, and handover to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate lead statuses, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and ensure a professional, consultative sales experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to analyze pipeline, forecast results, and improve conversion.
  • Share market feedback and competitor observations with the commercial team.

Requirements

  • Experience working with SMEs or merchant-facing business is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to demo and explain product value clearly.
  • CRM proficiency and structured approach to documentation.
  • English required; Arabic/Russian is a strong advantage.
