Can I only send orders to the kitchen once they are paid?

There are two ways you can send orders to the kitchen.

Automatic: as soon as an order is successfully paid on the POS, it is instantly pushed to the KDS — no extra action needed from staff.

Manual: a staff member must deliberately send the order from the POS to the KDS. Useful for staged or multi-course service.

Can KDS be configured per location?

Yes, each screen is linked to a specific location.

Can I filter which order categories go to the KDS?

No, order filtering rules are not available in the current version.

Are comments available on the KDS?

Yes, comments added to a sale in the POS are displayed on the KDS screen.

Do I need to buy a special screen or device?

No. KDS is a web application — any device with a browser (tablet, phone, TV) works.
