Your receipt is often the last touchpoint a customer has with your brand and now it can actually look like your brand. You can add your business logo, include a return policy, and add a custom message. Clean, professional, and on-brand every time.

Product Types in the Catalogue
We've introduced distinct product types when creating items, so your catalog is organized in a way that actually reflects your business.
New Fields for F&B Products
F&B products now support two new fields: Tags (like "Vegan" or "Hot") and Allergens (like "Nuts" or "Milk/Dairy"). Your team stays informed, and so do your customers.
Online Menu Updates
These additions carry through to your online menu too. Customers browsing your menu will now see product variations, tags, and allergen information right on the item page.
3. Loyalty and CRM
Customizable Customer Registration Fields

You can now fully customize the loyalty sign-up form. Collect the fields that actually matter to your business such as birthdays, emails, dietary preferences, favorite drinks, and more. Better data means better campaigns.
Smart Customer Segments

Automatically segment your customers into groups like New, Active, At-Risk, and Inactive. Plus, filter by Top Spenders, Most Frequent Visitors, and Highest Average Spend. Use the data you've been collecting to actually act on it.
Loyalty Banner on Online Menu & Table Pay

Your loyalty program now shows up automatically the moment a customer opens your online menu or pays at the table. No extra configuration needed. More visibility, more sign-ups, zero extra effort.
